Wake Up Laughter

This is a laughter exercise you can do first thing in the morning when maybe you are not  feeling like laughing and perhaps mind and body have not yet fully woken up! Starting gently with some yawns and stretches can encourage the chuckles to surface and once the laughter starts you will feel more refreshed and ready to face the day. Laughing first thing in the morning is great for getting your body and mind in the right gear and helps you  begin your day in a positive frame of mind.
