Are You at a Turning Point in Your Life?
Sometimes life seems so difficult, stressful and busy that it is difficult to see the wood from the trees. Coping with day to day challenges and responsibilities can leave us feeling worn out, lacking in motivation and not knowing where to turn. At times like this, we want to know how to be happy in our life but are often unsure of WHAT that means and how to go about it.
Working with a Personal Development Coach at a turning point like this gives us three important things:-
- A chance to share our problems and clarity as to what we really want to have happen
- A better understanding of what has been holding us back, how to accept this and how to move forwards
- Accountability and confidential support to make meaningful, lasting changes
I am a qualified Personal Development Life Coach and passed my Coaching Diploma with distinction with the Coaching Academy in London. I have been coaching clients now for seven years and work in a completely unique way with my clients. I believe that in each person there is an abundance of wisdom, knowledge and inner strength and that with the right guidance, support and coaching every person can make the important changes that they want. I use a mixture of NLP, Clean Coaching and laughter in my sessions as appropriate, which enables my clients to relax, let go of tension and to begin to work on what they want to have happen. I started my coaching business in 2007 in Chichester, West Sussex and now coach clients privately in my office, at a mutually convenient location, on ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions, by telephone or via Skype.
My coaching has enabled previous clients to:-
- Work out what is really important to them
- Change career
- Overcome fears and phobias
- Strengthen relationships
- Feel supported in a new venture
- Gain confidence and motivation
- Rediscover passion and enthusiasm
- Take more time for themselves
- Learn to relax and enjoy life
- Gain promotion
- Get fitter and healthier
- Laugh more!
“ Lisa is an inspiring coach. Her coaching technique and natural empathy made me feel comfortable and able to talk through my issues. She has a calm and relaxed style which along with her tuition helped me to focus on what I wanted to achieve. ” R.S
“Lisa was challenging and motivational, and always had a way of taking me into the future to see how my goals would look -matching my preferred learning style. Her questioning skills were excellent and this always found me digging deep. After each session I always felt more positive.“H.C.
I saw Lisa for a period of about 6 months and during that time my life took a huge turn for the better. At the beginning I was not thinking of me or my life and was not particularly aware of myself, I was suffering from Fibromyalgia and was focussing on my family and my clients and my work but not ME. Lisa enabled me to start again and by looking at my own happiness and my own wellbeing, everything felt much easier and lighter and all around me life started to improve. Lisa leaves you with a wonderful sense of well-being and warmth and her treatments and advice are second to none. I feel a new and different person and my life has improved beyond all reasoning” R.T.
How to be happy – What would you like to have happen?
Every coaching session is unique, there is no set formula. Each session will depend on the client. Some clients are long-term and want the constant support and accountability that comes with coaching. Some are short-term clients who may want to work on how to be happy in their lives, developing their relationships or working on an identified outcome.
Please contact Lisa on 01243 572381 or 07702 366775 for a 20 minutes confidential, no-obligation chat about how coaching works and what you would like to have happen.

“Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Mark Twain
