Sometimes life seems so difficult, stressful and busy that it is difficult to see the wood from the trees. Coping with day to day challenges and responsibilities can leave us feeling worn out, lacking in motivation and not knowing where to turn. At times like this, we want to know how to be happy in our life but are often unsure of WHAT that means and how to go about it.
Working with a Personal Development Coach at a turning point like this gives us three important things:-

I am a qualified Personal Development Life Coach and passed my Coaching Diploma with distinction with the Coaching Academy in London. I have been coaching clients now for seven years and work in a completely unique way with my clients. I believe that in each person there is an abundance of wisdom, knowledge and inner strength and that with the right guidance, support and coaching every person can make the important changes that they want. I use a mixture of NLP, Clean Coaching and laughter in my sessions as appropriate, which enables my clients to relax, let go of tension and to begin to work on what they want to have happen. I started my coaching business in 2007 in Chichester, West Sussex and now coach clients privately in my office, at a mutually convenient location, on ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions, by telephone or via Skype.

How to be happy – What would you like to have happen?
Every coaching session is unique, there is no set formula. Each session will depend on the client. Some clients are long-term and want the constant support and accountability that comes with coaching. Some are short-term clients who may want to work on how to be happy in their lives, developing their relationships or working on an identified outcome.
