A. Likely, its days like that I use laughter as a tool to change my mood.
B. Unlikely, I find it hard to crack a smile unless others are with me to jolly me along.
C. Very unlikely, I can't laugh I'm feeling tired or low.

Do you use laughter as an exercise?
A. Daily, I use laughter to exercise my whole body and mind, its good fun, I can do it anywhere, plus it's FREE!
